Mississippi Diesel Products is committed to processing orders quickly and efficiently and providing clear shipping information. This document outlines order processing times, shipping methods, expected delivery time frames, tracking, shipping costs, and how to handle shipping delays or damage.

We usually process orders within 1-3 business days after we receive payment confirmation. We process orders received on weekends or public holidays on the first business day after arrival. The processing time does not include delivery time.

The estimated shipping time is:

For Domestic Orders: 3 to 7 Business Days

For International Orders: 7 to 15 Business Days

International shipping can sometimes be delayed due to customs clearance and local delivery logistics.

The delivery fees will be calculated during checkout depending on the following variables:

• Delivery location
• Weight of the package
• Method of delivery chosen

Delivery may be available via standard or expedited services, depending on the location. Currently, the website offers free delivery for orders exceeding $99.

The customer will receive their tracking number by email once the order ships. This allows customers to track their packages and see their progress. Tracking information may take time to update after delivery to the carrier.

Shipments may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs, bad weather, holidays, and other factors beyond the company's control. If your shipment is damaged or lost in transit, inform Mississippi Diesel Products within 48 hours of receiving the shipment with pertinent information and proof, such as photos.
