Core Return Policy

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please review the following core return guidelines:

• • All cores must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• • Cores must be in good, rebuildable condition.
• • No refunds will be issued for cores that are:
  • - Missing parts
  • - Rusted
  • - Cracked or physically damaged
• • Customers are responsible for ensuring that cores are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

Core Charge & Refunds

• • Customers have the option to send cores in advance before their order is shipped to avoid paying a core charge.
• • Shopify does not provide us with your credit card information. To secure the cost of the core we must have a credit card on file. After making a purchase with Shopify, please contact us at 601-847-5171 or through the ‘Contact Us’ tab here on our site so we can get this information and ensure your products are shipped ASAP. If we do not get this information we may reach out to you by phone or e-mail to attempt to obtain it. If your product has a core value, it will not ship until this information is obtained.
