Core  Return  Policy

To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please review the following core return guidelines:

• All cores must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Cores must be in good, rebuildable condition.
• No refunds will be issued for cores that are:
• Missing parts
• Rusted
• Cracked or physically damaged
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that cores are properly packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

• Customers have the option to send cores in advance before their order is shipped to avoid paying a core charge.
• If a core charge is paid upfront, a credit or refund will be issued once the returned cores are received and inspected.
