Mississippi Diesel Products guarantees the quality of its diesel engine and fuel system components. This Warranty Policy explains warranty coverage for eligible products and what customers should do if they find a purchased product is defective.

The warranty covers products eligible for defects in the manufacturing process, under the conditions that apply to the particular item. The warranty does not apply to any problem caused by faulty installation, misuse, alteration, neglect, or use not in the intended manner.

Warranty coverage might not apply to:

• Incorrect fitment or installation
• Misuse/abuse
• Modifications without authorization
• Improper maintenance
• Damage caused by any other component
• Normal wear & tear
• Damage sustained after installation

We recommend that customers confirm product compatibility before installation and install the product properly.

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact Mississippi Diesel Products before making any changes or attempting repairs. You need to give us the following information:

• Order number
• Name of product/parts number
• Vehicle information and engine details
• Details about the defect
• Pictures/other information requested by our team

We may need to inspect the product before we process your claim.
